David Wenham plays a tradie with no sense of professionalism or customer service, bringing down his mate's new kitchen manufacturing business. Wenham had previously done bit roles in soap operas such as A Country Practice and Sons and Daughters; this was one of his first screen roles.
Don't Touch Wood! is a dramatised program to demonstrate the pitfalls and procedures of going into business for oneself. This 1993 film was developed for small business by ANZ Bank and Small Business Victoria.
