Hollywood stars of this time included: Gene Tierney, Hedy Lamarr, Betty Grable, Joan Fontaine, Ginger Rogers, Ava Gardner, Barbara Stanwyck and Vivien Leigh.
The full caption reads 'Berlei brings you this Hollywood glamour secret. Hollywood Maxwell Brassieres worn by the stars for youthful new uplift.'
