Backstage footage is always fascinating to watch and this clip doesn't disappoint. It's rough, raw, unscripted and poorly shot - which only adds to its freshness. The concert footage itself effectively captures the charisma of a rock singer in full command of his talent.
Australian Made was an ambitious open-air concert tour, which brought a number of major rock performers around Australia in the summer of 1986-1987. A documentary was made of the tour, interspersing live stage shows and short interviews with the performers - among them INXS, Jimmy Barnes, the Divinyls and the Models. Note: There are various versions of Australian Made that were distributed and screened on television. This comprises behind the scenes footage of an interview with Jimmy Barnes.
