The NFSA has launched an online Antarctic adventure game using historic Antarctic footage from our collection.

This Teachers' Guide accompanies Home of the Blizzard: An Antarctic Adventure, a digital interactive game developed by the NFSA using historic footage of Douglas Mawson's Antarctic Expedition of 1911 to 1914.

Phillip Law (1912–2010) was born in Tallangatta, Victoria.

He showed early academic ability and, at the age of 16, became a teacher.
