The National Film and Sound Archive extends its congratulations to the following appointments as Members of the Order of Australia in the Australia Day 2011 Honours List.

Patricia Lovell AM received the Ken G Hall Preservation Award at the NFSA in 2010.

Two of Australian's finest make-up artists, Chiara Tripodi and Toni Ffrench, have won one Emmy Awards.

The NFSA presents the inaugural Cochrane Smith Award for Sound Heritage to Dr Karl Neuenfeldt.
